Fairway advised GHCV (a structure binding Lov & Ducasse and Caisse des Dépôts), on the aspects of Real Estate Law and Construction within the realization of a hotel project located in the buildings of Grand Contrôle, Petit Contrôle and Pavillon des premières cent marches of the Palace of Versailles. These buildings, all listed historical monuments, will benefit from restructuring works in the respect of the Heritage which will contribute to its conservation.
