Fairway advised Paluel-Marmont Valorisation when it acquired a 41% stake in Eliasun, alongside its parent company La Compagnie Lebon and several private investors and family offices, as part of a club deal.

Positioned mainly in Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne, Eliasun currently has a pipeline of more than 1,000 housing units, spread over 14 projects, of which 40% are sold en bloc and 60% at 5.5% VAT. The establishment of this club deal will enable Eliasum to accelerate its development and benefit from structuring and financial support for industrialization.
