About Neslihan 

Neslihan has joined Fairway as a Partner in January 2018. She specializes in all real estate law aspects of real estate investment transactions (acquisition, disposal, sale and lease-back), real estate development (development and construction contracts) and real estate management (leases, asset/property management).

Her clients rely on her for :

Advising international and French investors (investment funds, listed property companies, private property companies…) and occupiers in a broad range of real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on:
– sales and acquisitions (including portfolio investments),
– development, and
– commercial leases,
in various real estate sectors (offices, retail, hotels, logistics and residential premises).

Before Fairway 

Neslihan began her career in 2001 in the Real Estate department of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei law firm where she developed her expertise for more than 16 years.
